Nervous System Mentor ~ Somatic Practitioner ~ Tenerife
For people who are tired in a way that rest doesn't seem to touch.
.
You don't need fixing.
You need somewhere to land.
You're still showing up. Still delivering. Still the person everyone relies on.
But something feels off.
Not broken. Not in crisis. Just depleted in a way that rest doesn't seem to touch. Like you're pushing through rather than actually living. Like the version of you that used to find things meaningful has gone a little quiet.
Maybe you wake up already tired. Maybe success feels oddly muted. Maybe you can't quite remember the last time you felt like yourself.
You've probably tried to think your way out of it. Understand it. Push through it.
This is something different.
When the nervous system settles, life changes in ways you didn't expect.
Not through dramatic breakthroughs. Through quiet, accumulated shifts that one day you simply notice.
- Less emotional reactivity in the moments that used to hijack you
- Clearer thinking under pressure
- Sleep that actually restores
- A body that no longer feels like it's waiting for something to go wrong
- More grounded decision-making
- Relationships that feel different, not because others have changed, but because you have
- A quieter sense of yourself underneath all the noise
This isn't about becoming passive. It's about becoming steady.
Not a managed version of yourself. Not a performing version. Actually yourself.
I've put together a free 2-minute checklist to help you understand what your body might be telling you right now, and some simple things you can do about it today.
Some things take time. And that's exactly the point.
The patterns held in the body have often been there for decades. They were learned gradually, through years of experience, and they change the same way, gradually, safely, with the right support.
This is why the most powerful work I do happens over time.
Not a single session that changes everything. But a sustained container where the nervous system is met consistently, until safety becomes the new default.
Clients who commit to longer term work often describe a before and after in their lives. Not because everything was resolved at once, but because something fundamental shifted, and kept shifting, as the work went deeper.
A woman who walked out of a session without her walking stick for the first time in years.
A man who realised the beliefs he'd been carrying weren't even his, and gave them back.
A woman who stopped disappearing in her own marriage and started taking up space.
Forty years of weekly migraines that quietly, gradually, stopped being necessary.
This is what becomes possible when the body is finally given what it needs.
Not a quick fix. Something real.
About Judith
Judith McFadden has spent 25 years working at the intersection of the body, the nervous system, and the subconscious mind.
She started in physical work, bodywork, massage, the stuff you can feel with your hands and see shift on the table. But she was always working psychologically at the same time. Studying. Investigating. Because she could never quite separate the two.
What she knows now, after 13,000+ sessions across two decades and two countries, is this:
You cannot think your way out of what your body is holding.
Her work is trauma-informed, body-led, and deeply intuitive. It draws on psychological training, regression therapy, EMDR, IFS, somatic breathwork, hypnosis, EFT, frequency work and more, applied not as a formula, but responsively, in the moment, when the system is ready.
Clients describe her as grounding, honest, and quietly perceptive. Someone who holds complexity without drama, and depth without overwhelm.
13,000+ sessions. Two decades. One consistent truth.
The body knows. And when it's finally given the right conditions, the right safety, the right approach, the right moment, it heals.
Where would you like to begin?
Some people arrive knowing exactly what they need. Others need a gentle starting point.
Either way, there's a place for you here.
From a free 2-minute body check, to a single 90-minute session, to a full year of private one-to-one support, every entry point is designed so you can find exactly where you belong, and move without friction.
